Great benefits for all members in the new Members’ Loyalty Program

Members just need to swipe their Membership Card to earn points, and as points accumulate there will be discounts and benefits every day. Members will even earn points for just visiting the Club. Points accumulate when you dine in Bayshores Bistro, Bayshores Café and The Wine Room, have drinks in the Gold Bar, and when enjoying the Gaming Lounge.

There are five Member Loyalty Program levels and each level reflects the points you earn. It doesn’t take much to move up to the next reward level and to enjoy further discounts on food & beverages, when paying by points.

Just by being at the Club you can earn Bonus Visitation Points every day, with your first purchase of food or beverages.

You will earn Bonus Points every time you present your membership card in all areas of the Club (except for the TAB, Keno, Bingo, Raffles and Bottle Shop).

Members Loyalty Program Levels

There are 5 Member Loyalty Program Levels depending on the amount of points that you earn on a six-monthly rolling basis.

DIAMOND  Earning above 50,000 points

SAPPHIRE  Earning above 20,000 points

EMERALD  Earning above 5,000 points

RUBY  Earning above 2,000 points

OPAL  Earning 1 points or more

Members Loyalty Program levels gives you further discounts!

All members receive the same members’ discount when paying by cash or credit card.

Members who PAY BY POINTS will be able to use the following discounts applied to their Rewards Level:

DIAMOND  50% off food & beverages if paid with points.

SAPPHIRE  40% off food & beverages if paid with points

EMERALD  20% off food & beverages if paid with points

RUBY  10% off food & beverages if paid with points

OPAL  Current member discounts apply

Where can I spend my bonus points?

Bonus Points can be used to purchase food & beverages in all food outlets, bar and the bottle shop. You can also purchase external gift cards and vouchers.

How many points do I have?

When you swipe your card at the Rewards Centre it will show your Bonus Points on the screen.

Where will my discounts apply?

Member Loyalty Program Level discounts will apply to all PAY BY POINTS purchases of food & beverages in the Gold Bar, Bayshores Bistro, Bayshores cafe, and Seaforth Function Centre. These percentage discounts do not apply to the Bottle Shop, TAB, Keno, Bingo, Club promotions, Club Vouchers, Club Gold Cards, or similar external offerings.

What’s my level?

Your Member Loyalty Program level will show up when you swipe your membership card at the Rewards Kiosk in the foyer.

How do I move up or down a level?

Levels are based on points earned rather than your point balance. You can use your points without effecting your loyalty level. Each month, members can move up to the next level if they have earned sufficient points.

Every six months, in January and July, all levels will be reviewed and members’ levels will be realigned with the points they’re earning.

Conditions

The Club may change the conditions of Members Loyalty Program at any time without notice.

Points do not accrue on PAY BY POINTS transactions.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

The percentage discounts available to the various membership levels cannot be used for points purchase of Club vouchers, Club Gold Cards, non-Club vouchers, gift cards, Warringah Mall gift cards, fuel cards or any other external offers. Points can be used for these purchases but will not be discounted.

The percentage discounts available to the various membership levels cannot be used in the Club Bottle Shop. The normal member pricing in the Bottle Shop is available to all members at the same rate.

Sharing of membership cards is not permitted. Benefits and Balgowlah Bonus Points are not transferable to other members or non-members.

The Club will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards or points that may be lost as a result.

The Club will not be liable for points not gained due to power failures, machinery malfunction or other technical issues in cash registers or gaming devices and points missed out during such events will not be awarded to member accounts.

Points will be cancelled for any member who does not renew their membership or any membership which is suspended or terminated. These points will not be reinstated.

Replacement cards are available through Reception at a cost of $2 each.
