We are now seeking to increase our kitchen team who will work within our Bayshores Bistro/Café team, predominately. Our Bayshores Bistro and Café serve approx. 500 meals per day. If you are talented and creative, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside our team in the Wine Room which is open Wednesday through to Saturday nights.
Our Executive Chef has 32 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Shane has worked internationally as well as working for large corporate entities as in house chef, where the culinary budget was not an issue. He is hands on, creative and passionate about his 4 kitchens and 20 staff. He is a believer in the apprenticeship programme and will enthusiastically support you to build your skills and career. Our CEO is also a chef, so you will have an experienced team supporting you!
Your qualifications may not be complete but should include formal education and training along with experience in a commercial kitchen producing modern Australian cuisine!
